Standing on stilts above the lagoon, the Overwater Bar is the place to enjoy a light lunch, sunset cocktails, or a seafood dinner—with a side of panoramic sea views. Vegetables and herbs are plucked daily from our garden and the fresh catch is reeled in every morning. As sunset turns the sky afire, the Overwater Bar becomes a favourite gathering spot to watch the sun slip below the horizon with a tropical cocktail in hand.
